Diseña México is a civil association founded in 2008; its members come from businesses, universities and design studios, with the purpose of being a platform for Mexican design.

Its objective is to promote the strategic use of graphic design to improve the population’s quality of life, the competitiveness between companies, and institutions.

Diseña México: The National Design Prize aims to recognize businesses, institutions and designers who have developed innovation throughout the strategic use of design, improving consumer’s quality of life and elevating the competitiveness of businesses and institutions. The award searches to acknowledge quality design and the innovation generated through products, services and systems.

Diseña México: The National Design Prize builds on previously awarded prizes such as the Premio Quórum and the Premio México, but with a vanguardist approach to design both nationally and globally. By participating in this prize, you can be assured that design in Mexico will continue to develop, and simultaneously, create a Mexico to be proud of. SILVER PRIZE FOR THE TEQUILA EL ÁGUILA LABEL

LAD is an organization that seeks to promote, disseminate and position Latin American design in order to inspire, educate and raise awareness about the social meaning of design. They join the creative community of Latin America through a design festival in the city of Lima, Peru.

The festival is an annual event, a meeting point that seeks to highlight the social potential of design through an international atmosphere of talks, workshops, exhibitions and complementary activities. It seeks to connect local and international designers with various organizations that can benefit from this collaboration to promote social, technological, cultural or educational projects. Taking advantage of this unique opportunity to bring together the most creative minds of the continent, Latin American Design aims to shift all this talent and ignite the spark that awakens the potential of design as a tool for social development and transformation.
